Identity Data: Names of property owners, tenants, or business representatives.
Contact Data: Billing address, property address, email address, and telephone numbers.
Property Access Data: Alarm codes, gate codes, and details regarding key holding. Note: This information is stored offline or in encrypted formats for maximum security.
Financial Data: Bank account details for payment processing and invoicing history.
Technical Data: IP addresses and browser usage data when you visit our website (via Cookies).

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we use your data in the following circumstances:

Performance of Contract: To schedule visits, carry out cleaning/preservation services, and manage access to your property.
Legal Obligation: To keep accounting records for tax purposes (required by the Isle of Man Treasury).
Legitimate Interests: To send you service updates or renewal reminders suitable for your property type.

3. DATA SECURITY & KEYS

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way.

Physical Keys: Client keys are coded anonymously (never labelled with your address) and stored in a secure safe when not in use.
Alarm Codes: These are strictly confidential and never shared with third parties.

4. SHARING YOUR DATA

We do not sell your data. We may share your data with:

Service Providers: Accounting software providers (for invoicing) or IT support.
Professional Advisers: Accountants, insurers, or legal advisers.
Regulators: The Isle of Man Information Commissioner or other authorities if required by law.

5. DATA RETENTION

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. By law, we must keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for 6 years for tax purposes.

Under the Isle of Man Data Protection legislation, you have rights including:
