Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By engaging The Clean Solution IOM ("we", "us"), you ("the client") agree to the following terms. We provide professional property care and commercial cleaning services as outlined in your specific proposal or booking confirmation.

2. Confidentiality (NDA)

We recognize the sensitive nature of our clients' properties and businesses. We maintain a strict Non-Disclosure Policy. Our staff are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality of any documents, assets, or information witnessed within your premises. We do not disclose client lists to third parties.

3. Commercial Payment Terms

For residential clients, payment is due upon booking or completion of service. For approved commercial partners, we offer Net-30 terms upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may incur interest at 2% above the Bank of England base rate.

4. Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellation of residential cleans. Commercial contracts are subject to the specific termination clauses agreed upon in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to service will incur a 50% fee.

5. Liability & Insurance

We hold full public liability insurance. While we treat every home with the utmost care, any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or damage caused by faulty fittings.
